HR Intern

Job Purpose: The purpose of this position is to provide valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities of the organization. To maintain the accuracy of employee files, organize and screen CVs and resumes, manage job ads, and assist in the implementation of company policies and report to HR manager.

Role Requirements
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • 3 years National Diploma in Human Resource Management/Development or 3 years equivalent HR National Certificate qualification
  • Experience in HR and Training environment will be an advantage
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word)
  • Presentation and report writing skills
Key Performance Areas
  • Attend daily section/production meetings.
  • Collect and sign for engagement packs from the training centre
  • Filling and printing
  • Prepare safety file and HOD file every month and submit to the safety department
  • Submit monthly invoices to be signed and handed to the finance department
  • Scheduling and attending disciplinary hearings as well as CCMA cases
  • Assist new employees with the engagement process
